Hidden Hazard® Home Inspection Service, LLC is located in Cape Coral, Florida and is owned and operated by Bob Turner

Prior to becoming a licensed home inspector, I worked as a residential service plumber in Lee County, Florida. During this time I purchased my 1st home. Sadly, I was less than pleased with the performance of the home inspector I had hired.

In 2005 I relocated from Cape Coral, FL to East TN and worked for a large mechanical contractor. I completed several large projects which included the Colgate-Palmolive factory in Morristown, TN. I also completed several Habitat for Humanity projects. It was during this time that I purchased my second home. And again, I was less than pleased with the home inspector I had hired.

Why I decided to enter the home inspection profession

After being disappointed by not one but two different home inspectors, I decided to enter the home inspection profession to help make a difference and give homebuyers what they need; honest, through, unbiased home inspections.

In 2007 while residing in TN, I became a licensed home inspector. I soon after formed Hidden Hazard® Home Inspection Service, LLC. I have been striving to help homebuyers learn more about their home purchase by providing thorough home inspections as well as providing clear & concise home inspection reports.

I truly enjoy helping homebuyers and when I relocated back to Cape Coral, Florida in 2014, I obtained my Florida home inspector license. Hidden Hazard® Home Inspection Service, LLC is now located in Cape Coral, Florida. And proudly helping homebuyers throughout Southwest Florida.

In addition to home inspections, I also offer 4-point inspections, wind mitigations and mold inspections & mold testing.
